Louisville Slugger Museum

Today, after we were rained out at the park, we decided to head to the Louisville Slugger Museum. We knew the kids wouldn't enjoy it much, but we had some free coupons for the kids. Come to find out Charlotte was free anyway! This was our first venture into the "City" since we moved here, so it was pretty exciting. Thankfully, the kids didn't complain too much.

There was always a ton of kids on this glove, but my family is down there somewhere!

They each got to hold Mickey Mantle's bat, with white gloves on, of course.

Proof that I was there!

I would recommend this museum to others. Unless you have boys, don't expect your girls to be very entertained and want to read all the interesting facts. We took a tour through the factory and they seemed somewhat interested in what was going on. They did enjoy holding all the bats. They really liked getting their own mini bat at the end of the tour.
